Solid Ground provides structured apartment living for disabled homeless individuals and their families.  The program offers stable, affordable housing options.

• Apartments located throughout the community
• Twelve-month lease with rent determined by HUD guidelines, with option to renew
• Case management services with community resource networking
• Application and screening process required
