Transitional Housing

Transitional Housing provides structured apartment living for individuals and families that need an agency support network to make the change from homelessness to independent living.  The program emphasis is helping clients set long term goals that will equip them to maintain quality of life successes and secure a future free from homelessness.  Occupancy is a minimum of one year, and may extend to two years. 

• 11 individual, two family efficiency apartments
• 24-hour staffing by on-site Resident Manager
• Provides structured community living which facilitates interpersonal skills in a stable drug-free environment
• Twelve-month contract with rent determined by HUD regulation
• Case management services with community resource networking
• Application and screening process required
