I WOULD LIKE TO PROVIDE A SAFE AND WARM PLACE TO SLEEP FOR ____ CHILD/CHILDREN FOR______NIGHTS

‍For a contribution of $25, you can provide 1 night of safe and warm housing for 1 child. $500, you can provide 5 nights of safe and warm housing for 4 children or 20 nights for 1 child.

In addition, your gift of $5oo will be memorialized on a brick on the Greenville Community Shelter Path to Achieving Independence.  The Resource Center will enable professionals to provide on-site services to the community for those who need assistance in achieving independence in life.  You may dedicate a brick to the memory of a loved one, commemorate a special date, or provide a sentiment of encouragement to the residents as they travel from the shelter to the resource center. Each $500 donation qualifies for a brick on the Path to Independence.  If your donation meets or exceeds $500, you will be contacted directly by a representative of Greenville Community Shelter regarding your wishes for the brick/s.  

If you would like to pay by check, please make the check to Greenville Community Shelter and put Safe and Warm in the memo line. Please print and fill out the form below or you can write it on paper and mail it in with your check to Kimberly Pontarelli, Greenville Community Shelter, 207 Manhattan Avenue, Greenville, NC 27834

The QR code will not work with our website.  If your donation is $500 or more and you would like to dedicate a brick, please email Kimberly at kpontarelli@greenvillecommunityshelter.org what you would like to have engraved on the brick.
