Greenville Community Shelter recently hosted a wonderful birthday celebration filled with smiles, laughter, and excitement!

A heartfelt thank you to Rosa and her two sons for organizing and hosting this special event for the children staying at our shelter. The celebration was a great success, with eight children and five parents participating in the festivities. Six children received special birthday bags to help make their birthdays even more memorable.

We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to Not Too Sweet Bakery for generously providing delicious cupcakes and to the School Nutrition Association of Pitt County for donating the birthday bags.

These thoughtful acts of kindness mean so much to the children and families we serve. Events like this provide opportunities for our families to come together, celebrate special moments, and create lasting memories.

And this is just the beginning! We look forward to hosting more birthday celebrations in the future and continuing to bring joy to the children at our shelter.
